City of Hamilton - Water and Wastewater Division Green Venture would like to recognize the ongoing commitment of the Water and Wastewater Division for the Wise Water Use program partnership. For more info on the Wise Water use program, please use this link. A portion of the Wise Water Use funding is used to provide Water Conservation tours of EcoHouse. The Water and Wastewater Division is responsible for providing 130,000 customers with water and wastewater services. The City provides residents with on average approximately 340 million litres of water a day to drink and treats of approximately 368 million litres of wastewater a day. Our Mission: To ensure safe, reliable and cost effective water and wastewater services to residents and businesses for the protection of public health, property and the environment. |
